Municipal Requirements

  • We schedule and attend any Township/Borough Use and Occupancy or Resale Inspections
  • We order Township, County, and School District Tax Certifications

 

Preparation for Closing

  • Password-protected online access to all of the Title, Tax, Municipal Certifications, and Closing Cost estimates related to your transaction
  • Monitor Buyer’s mortgage issues and review Mortgage Commitment
  • Review Title Commitment
  • Review Closing Cost Estimates
  • Advise on disconnection/connection of utilities
  • We can suggest moving companies and cleaning services for you to interview.
  • Schedule the buyers’ final pre-closing walk-through
